摘 要:确定性横向迁移(DLD)在粒子分选领域中应用较为广泛,采用三维格子玻尔兹曼法,对DLD中的流场特性和粒子临界偏转半径进行了研究。对比了圆形和鹅蛋形DLD中的流场特性,计算了两者的粒子临界偏转半径。仿真发现了非圆微柱能增加有效工作区,改善粒子堵塞,与文献[20]中的结论相符,揭示了不同的微柱形状和边界对流场的均匀性的影响机理,对DLD装置的优化设计具有指导作用。Deterministic lateral displacement(DLD)is widely used in the field of particle separation.In this paper,the three-dimensional lattice Boltzmann Method is used to study the characteristics of the flow field in DLD and the critical deflection radius of the particle,the flow field characteristics of the circular and egg shaped DLD were compared,and the critical deflection radius of the particle of the two shapes is calculated,the simulation found that the non-circular micro-column can increase the effective working area,improve the particle clogging,tally with the previous conclusions in the literature,the influence mechanism of different micro-column shapes and boundaries on the uniformity of flow field is revealed,and has a guiding role on the optimization design of DLD device.
