摘　　要：相对于传统的三板式注塑机,二板式注塑机由于没有肘杆机构在空间上的限制,使得其在垂直集成转盘的结构设计上更加灵活,进而获得更加全面的功能,尤其是在模具水、油、气等介质的旋转连接系统的设计上,可以最大限度地满足多物料注塑成型的工艺需求。介绍了一种二板式注塑机垂直集成转盘的结构设计,重点阐述旋转连接系统和精密可靠的防倾覆系统。Comparing with the general toggle injection molding machine,two-platen injection molding machine has no toggle mechanism,for the reason of which we can have a more flexible way to design the vertical integrated rotary table for two-platen injection molding machine and we can get more functions.As for the specific design of rotary connection system for the media to mold,such as water,oil,gas and so on,we can satisfy the multi-component injection molding processing demand at the most.The structure design of vertical integrated rotary table for two-platen injection molding machine is introduced.Then,the rotary connection system and the anti-overturning system with precision and reliability are emphatically described.
