摘 要:针对因罐笼内矿车固定不牢靠而导致矿车窜出罐笼造车卡罐甚至撞坏井筒钢罐道等机械事故,对罐笼内挡车装置进行了研究。从机械结构和电气控制两个方面进行改进,增加PLC程序闭锁回路触点,并用GUC100矿用磁性接近开关进行控制,实现了罐笼内挡车器与开车信号闭锁,增强了系统的安全性,从技术上减少了提升运输过程中窜车等事故的发生。In view of the mechanical accidents caused by the fixed infirmness of the carts in the cage,and even the steel canisters of the wellbore,the mechanism of the cage in the cage was studied.From two aspects of mechanical structure and electrical control,the PLC program closed circuit contact was added,and the magnetic close switch of GUC100 was used to control the switch.The lock of the cage car and driving signal was realized.The security of the system was enhanced.And the accidents such as the fleeing car in the lifting and transporting process were reduced from the technology.
