摘  要:FF-66催化剂是中国石化大连石油化工研究院开发的新型高活性低成本加氢裂化预精制催化剂,并于2016年在中国石化天津分公司1.2 Mt/a和1.8 Mt/a 2套加氢裂化装置上工业应用。该催化剂采用Mo-Ni为活性金属组分,以大孔氧化铝为载体,适度增强活性金属与载体的相互作用,物化性质更优。工业应用结果表明:FF-66催化剂活性优于旧催化剂,催化剂堆比下降20%以上,具有较高的脱硫、脱氮活性,对原料的适应性强,能够满足装置长周期运转的要求。The characteristics and industrial application results of the hydrocracking pretreatment catalyst FF-66 developed by Sinopec Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals were introduced in this paper.FF-66 catalyst was applied in a 1.2 MMt/y hydrocracker and a 1.8 MMt/y hydrocracker in Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Company in 2016.The catalyst was prepared with Mo-Ni active metal components and macroporous alumina as a carrier,resulting in properly enhanced interaction between active metal and the carrier,as well as the derived better physical and chemical properties.Industrial application results demonstrated that FF-66 catalyst has higher activity than the old catalyst,with the catalyst bulk density reduced by more than 20%.Its higher activity of hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation and the good adaptability to multiple feedstocks have secured the longterm stable operation for the hydrocrackers.
