摘 要:基于冲击片雷管金属桥箔电爆炸技术机理,设计了一种微爆炸箔平面放电开关。采用改进制造工艺代替湿法刻蚀工艺,制备了单桥和三桥串联的微爆炸平面开关,对不同桥区尺寸的微爆炸平面开关进行耐压试验;此外,采用3种方式对开关进行绝缘处理,通过耐压试验研究绝缘处理中胶层厚度、绝缘方式对绝缘效果的影响。研究表明:单桥区开关耐压性能优于三桥区串联开关;触发开关桥区尺寸越大,耐压性能越低;平面开关在空气中的耐压值与开关间隙近似呈正比关系;采用PI材料CVD技术绝缘处理的开关绝缘性能最佳。Based on the mechanism of electro-explosive metal foil blasting technology,a micro-explosive foil plane discharge switch was designed.The improved manufacturing process was adopted to replace the wet etching process,and the micro-explosive foil plane discharge switches with single-bridge zone and three-bridge zone were prepared,the voltage resistance tests for micro-explosive foil plane discharge switch with different bridge size were carried out.Meanwhile,the switches were insulating treated by three ways,the impacts of glue layer thickness and insulation way on the insulation results were also studied.The study indicate that the voltage resistance performance of switch with single-bridge zone is better than that of switch with three-bridge zone,the larger bridge area size of trigger switch,the lower voltage resistance performance,the air insulation state withstand voltage of the switch has direct relationship with the switch gap approximately,and the insulation performance of the switch treated by CVD technology with PI material is the best.
