摘　　要：PROFIBUS-DP网络是工业自动化应用最广泛的现场总线。现场DP网络的稳定运行是轧钢生产线正常生产的重要部分,一旦介质系统停机,将直接导致轧线的设备停机,介绍了PROFIBUS-DP网络改造的方案以及进行网络检测算法的改进,取得了较好的效果。PROFIBUS-DP network is the most widely used Fieldbus in industrial automation.The stable operation of the field DP network is an important part of the normal production of the steel rolling line.Once the media system stops,it will directly cause the rolling line equipment to stop.This paper introduces the scheme of the PROFIBUS-DP network transformation and the improvement of the network detection algorithm,and has achieved good results.
