摘　　要：本研究运用国际劳工组织《国际标准职业分类》、联合国教科文组织《国际标准教育分类》对国际康复人力资源的内涵、构成和配置现况进行系统分析,并提出对发展现代康复高等教育三个方面启示:康复高等教育的规模要适应国家对康复人力资源配置的需求;发展完善现代康复高等教育体系;根据国际化康复科学理论方法发展和完善现代康复高等教育的层次和学科专业体系。This paper analyzed the definition,composition and allocation of rehabilitation workforces at globe level using International Standard Classification of Occupations(International Labour Organization)and International Standard Classification of Education(United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization).Three implications had been drawn:To scale up higher education of rehabilitation to meet the needs and allocation of rehabilitation workforce at country level;To develop higher education system of rehabilitation;To develop disciplines and rehabilitation courses to meet international standards using international theories and approaches of modern rehabilitation sciences and technology.
