摘 要:电能表检定装置是检定电能表,实现电能计量的量值传递的主要计量标准装置,属于国家强制检定的范畴。检定装置的准确度及可靠性是保证电能表检定质量的关键。对电子型电能表检定装置的元件组成、结构原理进行了分析,对JJG 597-2005检定规程中的要求及项目进行了总结,从理论与实际操作两个方面对每个项目的检定原理与检定方法进行了阐释,并介绍了异常现象产生的原因及解决方法,最后对其测量结果的不确定度评定进行详述分析探讨,实现了检定工作的标准化,保证了计量标准的准确与可靠。Energy meter testing equipment is the main metering device calibration standard meter,realize the magnitude of the transfer of energy metering,a state compulsory verification projects.Accurate and reliable test equipment is the key to ensuring the quality of the test meter.In this article,the components and working principle of the verification equipment are analyzed,while the requirements and the verification projects in JJG 597-2005 Regulation are concluded.The principles and methods of each verification project are explained through theory and practice,and the causes and solutions of abnormal phenomena are introduced.The test method of electronic power meter calibration device and uncertainty evaluation of measurement are discussed in detail at last.In this way the verification is standardized and the accuracy and reliability are ensured.
