摘  要:为解决现场运行智能电能表时钟偏差过大问题,将主动授时的理念引入智能电能表领域,设计了一款基于GPS/北斗的主动授时低压电力线载波模块,由原来的两级对时变为一级对时,避免了通信信道等因素的影响。在现有的载波模块上增加GPS/北斗授时芯片,模块在电能表初始化时或按照设定的时间间隔定时接收GPS/北斗授时信号,解码后将时间写入电能表,在不改变现有电能表软硬件设计的情况下解决了现场已安装电能表的时钟校准问题。经实验室测试和现场验证,1分钟内即可授时成功。To solve the clock error problem of the smart electricity meter,an active timing concept is introduced into the smart electricity meter field.A low-voltage power line carrier module based on GPS/Beidou is designed.The timing level is changed from two-level to one-level avoiding the influence of factors such as communication channel blockage.The GPS/Beidou timing chip is added into the module.The module receives the GPS/Beidou timing signal automatically at the initialization or following the set time interval.The time signal is decoded and write into the meter.The time calibration of the meter is solved avoiding the change of meter hardware and software.After laboratory test and field verification,the timeing can be successfully completed within one minute.
