摘 要:该文探究了表贴式与内置式两种典型的永磁转子结构对永磁交流伺服电机的弱磁特性影响,推导了电压极限曲线中心位置在电流极限圆内、外电机输出最大机械与功率特性的变化规律。研究对象以弱磁基速点为分界点,在该点以下功率以直线规律上升且均能恒转矩运行;在该点以上,表贴式与内置式结构电机转矩分别呈下降趋势与先上升至最大点后再下降的趋势。电压极限曲线中心位置处于电流极限圆内与圆外时,功率继续上升至最大点之后分别呈最大恒功率运行状态和快速下降趋势,并证明弱磁运行最大输出功率大于传统的弱磁运行恒功率值。该文的分析推导与实验结果相一致,为永磁交流伺服电机弱磁运行时的特性分析提供了较为详实的理论基础。This paper explores the influence of interior and surface typical permanent magnet rotor structure on flux-weakening properties of permanent magnet AC servo motor,the variation law of the maximum mechanical and power characteristics of the motor output when the center position of the voltage limit curve is inside and outside the current limit circle is deduced.The research of two kinds of permanent magnet rotor structure motor utilizes base speed point of flux-weakening as the demarcation point,torque and power can operates constantly and rises approximate linearly below that point.After operating that point,surface and interior structure of motor torque indicates a downward trend and continues to rise to the maximum then decrease,respectively.When the center position of the voltage limit curve is in the current limit circle and outside the circle,the power continues to rise to the maximum point and then shows the maximum constant power operating state and a rapid decline trend separately,the maximum output power of the flux-weakening operation is greater than the tradition power constant value of the flux-weakening operation is proved.The analysis and deduction are in agreement with the experimental results,to provide a more detailed theoretical foundation for the characteristic analysis of permanent magnet AC servo motor in flux-weakening operation.
