摘  要:随着半导体集成电路设计技术和工艺的进步,数模混合集成电路成为集成电路必然趋势。数模混合集成电路将高性能模拟单元和专用数字逻辑控制单元集成在单个芯片上,具有集成度高、面积小、功耗小的优点。但是,由于数字单元和模拟单元共用芯片衬底,两者之间会通过衬底传递干扰信号,影响单元性能甚至功能。本文通过对某型数模混合集成电路基准异常现象的分析,给出失效原因,并提出改进措施,并为未来避免类似问题发生提出思路。本次失效表明在设计阶段对电源、地线干扰信号的仿真是非常有必要的。With advancement of semiconductor integrated circuit design technology,digital-analog hybrid integrated circuit has become an inevitable trend of integrated circuits.The digitalanalog hybrid integrated circuit integrates high-performance analog units and dedicated digital logic control units on a single chip,which has the advantages of high integration,small area,and low power consumption.However,since digital units and analog units sharing one chip substrate,the interference signals are transmitted through chip substrate which may affect unit performance and even its function.This paper analyzes abnormal phenomenon of a certain type of digital-analog hybrid integrated circuit’s reference,gives the failure causes,and proposes improvements and ideas for avoiding similar problems in the future.This failure indicates that it is necessary to simulate the power and ground interference signals during design phase.
