摘 要:用共沉淀法制备Mg/Al-LDH、Zn/Al-LDH和Zn/Mg/Al-LDH三种类水滑石填料,用IR-2双波段发射率测试仪测试3种类水滑石填料和树叶的发射率。测试结果得出,在8~14?m波段内3种类水滑石填料的发射率与树叶的发射率相似,且Zn/Mg/Al-LDH的发射率低于Mg/Al-LDH和Zn/Al-LDH的发射率。用UV-Vis-NIR分光度计测试这3种类水滑石填料的反射光谱。在780~2500 nm波段内3种类水滑石反射光谱与植物叶片反射光谱的相似度达到95%以上。实验结果表明,这3类水滑石材料可以作为近红外及远红外伪装隐身材料。对Mg/Al-LDH,Zn/Al-LDH和Zn/Mg/Al-LDH进行了XRD,FT-IR、TG-DSC、SEM和EDS表征。Mg/Al-LDH,Zn/Al-LDH,and Zn/Mg/Al-LDH were prepared using a coprecipitation method.Infrared emissivity values were acquired for the LDHs and leaves in the IR-2 Double Infrared Band.The test results revealed that the emissivities of the three LDH nanoparticles were similar to those of the leaves,and the emissivity of Zn/Mg/Al-LDH was lower than those of Mg/Al-LDH and Zn/Al-LDH in the 8-14μm range.The reflectance spectra of the three LDHs were obtained using a UV-vis-NIR spectrophotometer.The similarities between the reflectance spectra of the three LDHs and leaves was more than 95%.Based on the experimental results,we conclude that the LDHs could be used as near-infrared and far-infrared camouflage materials.Apart from these characterization procedures,the LDH nanoparticles were also characterized by XRD,FT-IR,TG-DSC,SEM,and EDS.
