摘　　要：目的探讨神经外科颈椎后路手术体位的安置方法、要点及注意事项。方法总结2017年1月~12月我院神经外科250例颈椎后路手术体位摆放技巧及效果,拟定手术体位安置要点。结论术前充分评估、有效沟通、充分准备体位用物,明确手术要求、预计可能的并发症是保障体位安置成功、确保患者安全的关键。Objective The purpose is to investigate the placement method,points,and precautions for postoperative position of neurosurgical cervical spine surgery.Methods we summarize the techniques and effects of postoperative placement of cervical spine in 250 cases of neurosurgery in our hospital from Jan.to Dec.2017.Conclusion Preoperative assessment,effective communication,adequate preparation of body position,clear surgical requirements,and expected complications of pit energy are the key to ensuring successful placement and ensuring patient safety.
