摘　　要：利用数字航空摄影测量进行房屋拆迁补偿评估基础数据的生产。针对不同城中村的特点和实际情况,制定了相应的房屋建筑面积分析方案,创新了城中村改造拆迁补偿评估方法,拓展了航空摄影测量的应用范围。In this article, we used digital aerophotogrammetry to produce the house demolition compensation evaluation basic data. According to the characteristics and the actual situation of different villages, we developed different appropriate house building area analysis programs. This study can innovate the demolition compensation evaluation method of urban villages, and expand the application scope of aerophotogrammetry.
