双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2017年1月)收治的80例小儿腹泻患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,观察组40例患儿给予双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,对照组40例患儿给予蒙脱石散治疗,对比两组患儿临床疗效和各项临床症状缓解时间以及治疗前后免疫功能指标。结果观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率92.50%显著高于对照组75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿血常规恢复时间、腹痛恢复时间、呕吐恢复时间、大便恢复时间、发热恢复时间均显著快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前IgA、IgG、CD4/CD8对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患儿IgA、IgG、CD4/CD8均有不同程度的升高,但观察组患儿明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效显著,可提高机体免疫功能,快速缓解临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinshuangqi tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder for treatment of infantile diarrhea curative effect and influence on immune function of children.Methods 80 children with diarrhoea in our hospital(January 2015~2017 January)were selected as the research object.According to different treatment methods,two groups were divided,40 cases of the observation group were treated with bifidus live bacteria tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder,and 40 cases in the control group were treated with Montmorillonite powder.The clinical efficacy and various kinds of children in the two groups were compared.Clinical symptom relief time and immune function before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of recovery of blood routine,the recovery time of abdominal pain,the time of vomiting,the recovery time of stool,and the recovery time of fever were significantly faster than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of IgA,IgG and CD4/CD8 before treatment in the two groups was not significant,no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,IgA,IgG and CD4/CD8 in the two groups were elevated in varying degrees,but the children in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacteria tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder is effective in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.It can improve the immune function of the body and relieve the clinical symptoms quickly.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
