摘　　要：目的研究尿毒症维持性血液透析患者肌生成抑制素的相关因素。方法选择于我院进行维持性血液净化治疗3个月以上的尿毒症患者85例作为实验组,同时召集20例健康志愿者作为对照组,检测其血Hb、Scr、BUN、Ca、P、PTH、UA及Myostatin,收集年龄、透析龄(月)等基本信息,建立数据库。用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果年龄、透析龄、BUN、Hb、P、Ca、PTH与Myostatin无相关性,Scr、UA与Myostatin呈正相关。结论尿毒症维持性血液透析患者的血浆Myostatin水平与肌酐、尿酸呈正相关。Objective To study the related factors of Myostatin in uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The 85 Patients with uremia who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital for more than 3 months were selected as the experimental group,and 20 healthy person volunteered to be the control group.Measured their Hb,Scr,BUN,Ca,P,PTH and UA,and Myostatin.Collect the their age,dialysis age(months)and other basic information,and establish the database.Statistical analysis with SPSS 22.0 software.Results There was no correlation between age,dialysis age,BUN,Hb,P,Ca,PTH and Myostatin.Scr and UA were positively correlated with Myostatin.Conclusion The levels of plasma Myostatin inuremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis were positively correlated with Scr and UA.
