摘 要:基于ANSYS建立了大型四列圆柱滚子轴承有限元模型,选用多线性强化材料塑性应变模型,分析了某型号轧机用大型四列圆柱滚子轴承在极限载荷下的滚子素线修形方式、滚子空心度以及滚子和内滚道的硬化层深度对轴承最大接触应力及塑性应变的影响。结果表明:滚子对数修行时轴承接触应力较小;随内滚道和滚子硬化层深度增加,滚子与内滚道最大接触应力先增加而后趋于稳定;在空心度小于50%时,滚子内壁最大等效应力随空心度增大而增大,滚子外壁最大等效应力随空心度增大而减小,滚子最大接触应力随空心度增大而减小。在空心度大于50%时,滚子内(外)壁最大等效应力及滚子最大接触应力均随空心度增大而增大。A finite element model of large-scale four row cylindrical roller bearings is established based on ANSYS.The multilinear strengthened material plastic strain models are chosen,the influences of generatrix profiling methods for roller,hollowness of roller,hardened layer depth of roller and inner raceway on maximal contact stress and plastic strain of large-scale four row cylindrical roller bearings for a certain type of rolling mill are The results show that the contact stress of the bearings i smaller with generatrix profiling of roller.The maximum stress between roller and inner race way increases firstly and then became stable with the increase of hardened layer depth of inner raceway and roller.The maimum equivalent stress of inner wall of roller increases,but the maimum stress of outer wall of roller and maximal contact stress of roller decreases with increased hollowness when the hollowness is less than 50%,the maximum equivalent stress of inner(outer)wall of roller and maimal of roller increases with increased hollowness when the hollowness is more than 50%.
