摘 要:针对传统深沟球轴承弹流润滑条件下轴承径向刚度计算未考虑油膜润滑影响的问题,建立了深沟球轴承综合径向刚度的数学计算模型,基于C++编写计算轴承综合径向刚度和油膜厚度的程序,并分析了轴承径向载荷、转速及润滑油黏度对轴承综合径向刚度及套圈沟道与钢球的中心油膜厚度的影响。结果表明:随径向载荷的增大,综合径向刚度增大,中心油膜厚度减小;随润滑油黏度及轴承转速的增大,轴承综合径向刚度减小,中心油膜厚度增大。The effect of oil film lubrication is not considered in traditional calculation for radial stiffness ball bearings under elastohydrodynamic lubrication condition.A mathematical calculation model is established for synthetical radial stiffness of the bearings,and the program for calculation of synthetical radial stiffness and oil of the barings is wrote based on C++.The effects of radial load,rotational speed and viscosity of lubricating oil on integrated radial stiffness and center oil film thickness of ring raceway and steel ball are analyzed.The results show that the synthetical radial stiffness is increased and the central oil film thickness is decreased with the increase of radial load;the synthetical radial stiffness is decreased and the central oil film thickness is increased with the of lubricating oil and rotational speed.
