摘 要:通过对制造与服务融合中服务运作环境和服务功能需求分析,提出了一种模块化智能服务设计方法。该方法基于制造物联环境,采用模块化技术来实现,包含智能服务功能设计初始化、智能服务功能设计重构和智能服务功能模块化。利用设计结构矩阵分析智能服务的功能关系,提出了智能服务功能的模块化设计策略,确定智能服务的功能重构。通过具体实例应用,证明了制造物联环境中智能服务功能模块化设计策略的可行性和优越性。Modularized intelligent service design method was established through analyzing service operating environments and service requirements during integration of manufacture and service.The method was based upon manufacturing instrumented environments,and adopted module technique,including initialization,reconstitution,and modularity of intelligent service designs.Functional relationship of intelligent service was illustrated by utilizing designed structure matrix,strategy of modular design for intelligent service functions was built,and functional reconstitution of intelligent service was confirmed.Feasibility and superiority of modular design for intelligent service functions in manufacturing instrumented environments were shown by applying specific cases.
