摘  要:混凝土防冻剂具有防止混凝土遭受早期冻害、促进混凝土早期强度增长的作用。掺加防冻剂是铁路工程冬季施工中提升混凝土质量的便捷有效措施。本文介绍了混凝土防冻剂的类型和组分,阐述了混凝土早期受冻破坏机理和防冻剂作用原理,总结了防冻剂对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响,探讨了铁路工程用绿色高性能防冻剂的设计与应用,分析了提升防冻剂性能的关键技术,指出了防冻剂研究的方向。Concrete antifreeze admixture can prevent fresh concrete from damage of early frost and promote the early strength growth of concrete.Adding antifreeze admixture is one of the simple and effective measures to enhance the quality of concrete in winter construction of railway engineering.The classif ication and component of concrete antifreeze admixture was introduced,the frozen damage mechanism of fresh concrete in early age and the action mechanism of antifreeze admixture was discussed,the effects of antifreeze admixture on workability,mechanical property and durability of concrete were summarized,the design and application of green and high performance antifreeze admixture for railway engineering was studied,and the key technologies of improving the quality of antifreeze admixture were analyzed and the technical direction of studying antifreeze admixture was put forward.
