摘 要:为筛选嫩梢中槲皮素和山奈酚含量高的优异豌豆种质资源,对84份豌豆嫩梢中槲皮素和山奈酚的含量进行测定和分析,比较豌豆种质资源嫩梢中槲皮素和山奈酚含量的多样性。结果表明,豌豆种质资源嫩梢中槲皮素和山奈酚含量存在丰富的多样性,其中槲皮素含量多样性指数为2. 740,山奈酚含量多样性指数为1. 877;不同来源地和不同花色豌豆种质资源嫩梢中槲皮素和山奈酚含量的差异均达到极显著水平。聚类分析结果显示,豌豆种质资源可分为五大类群,类群Ⅳ包含6份高槲皮素含量的种质资源,槲皮素含量平均为11. 79 mg/g;类群Ⅴ包含5份高山奈酚含量的种质资源,山奈酚含量平均为5. 33 mg/g;类群Ⅲ包含1份槲皮素和山奈酚含量都较高的种质资源,槲皮素含量为8. 99 mg/g,山奈酚含量为4. 82 mg/g。For screening the quality pea germplasm resources with high content of quercetin and kaempferol in tender pea shoots,we determined the concentrations of quercetin and kaempferol in tender shoots from 84 pea germplasms,and assessed the diversity of quercetin and kaempferol contents in tender shoots of pea germplasm.The results indicated that there were abundant diversities in the contents of quercetin and kaempferol,the diversity index of quercetin and kaempferol contents was 2.740 and 1.877,respectively.The differences of quercetin and kaempferol contents among pea germplasms from different region and different flower colors were significant.The clustering results showed that pea germplasms were divided into five groups.GroupⅣcontained six germplasms with high content of quercetin,the average content of quercetin was 11.79 mg/g.Group V contained five germplasms with high content of kaempferol,the average content of kaempferol was 5.33 mg/g.GroupⅢcontained one germplasm with high contents of quercetin and kaempferol,the content of quercetin and kaempferol was 8.99 mg/g and 4.82 mg/g,respectively.
