摘 要:为探讨离子交换纤维对土壤砷(As)污染的修复效果,采用盆栽试验,研究了离子交换纤维的2种不同放置方式[分3层放置(T2)、混匀放置(T3)]对麦田As污染土壤pH值、氧化还原电位、总有机碳含量和土壤及小麦植株各器官As含量及其转运、富集系数的影响。结果表明,与不添加离子交换纤维的As污染处理(T1)土壤相比,T2、T3处理土壤p H值总体偏低,但3个处理均呈弱碱性; 3个As污染处理土壤氧化还原电位均较高,其中T3处理总体较低; 3个As污染处理中始终以T1处理土壤总有机碳含量最高,T3处理最低。添加离子交换纤维的T2、T3处理土壤As含量均比T1处理低,尤其是T3处理; T2、T3处理植株各部位As含量均低于T1处理(孕穗期根除外);成熟期,T2、T3处理离子交换纤维对As的吸附量分别达到8. 93、9. 19 mg/kg。成熟期,T2、T3处理根到茎叶的As转运系数均较T1处理有所升高;对于茎叶到籽粒的As转运系数,T2处理较T1处理降低,T3处理较T1处理升高。T2、T3处理的小麦植株对As的富集系数总体上均较T1处理低(孕穗期根除外)。综上,离子交换纤维能够降低植株对As的转运能力; T2、T3两个离子交换纤维处理间相比,以T3处理对As的吸附量较高。In order to explore the effect of ion-exchange fiber on remediation of arsenic(As)pollution in soil,we used a pot experiment to studied the effects of two different placement methods of ion-exchange fiber[three-layer placement(T2),mixing placement(T3)]on the pH value,oxidation-reduction potential,total organic carbon content,As content in soil and transport and accumulation coefficients of As in various organs of wheat plants and soil.The results showed that compared with As contaminated soil without ion-exchange fiber(T1),the soil pH values of T2 and T3 treatments were generally low,but all three treatments were weakly alkaline;Eh values of all three treatments were generally high,T3 treatment was the lowest among them.Among the three As pollution treatments,the total organic carbon content in the soil was the highest in T1 treatment,and the T3 treatment was the lowest.The As contents of T2 and T3 treatments were lower than that of T1 treatment in the soil,especially T3 treatment.The As contents in all parts of the wheat plant of T2 and T3 treatments were lower than that of T1 treatment,except the roots at booting stage.At the maturity stage,the adsorption of As on the T2 and T3 treated ion-exchange fiber reached 8.93 mg/kg and 9.19 mg/kg,respectively.The final As transport coefficients from roots to stems and leaves of T2 and T3 treatments were higher than that of T1 treatment.For the As transport coefficient from stems and leaves to grains,T2 treatment was lower than T1 treatment,and T3 treatment was higher than T1 treatment.The As accumulation coefficients of wheat plants of T2 and T3 treatments were lower than that of T1 treatment,except the roots at the booting stage.In summary,the ion-exchange fiber could reduce the ability of plants to transport As,especially T3 treatment,and the adsorption amount of As by T3 treatment was higher.
