试析里耶古城1号井第五、六、八层的年代分布——以《里耶秦简(壹)》所见朔日简为中心

摘　　要：最新出版的《里耶秦简(壹)》公布了里耶古城1号井第五、六、八层出土秦简,其中包含了大量具有绝对年代标尺意义的朔日简,将此批朔日简与学者所谱秦历对照,可以大抵推断古井井内第五层年代分布为战国至秦二世元年;第六层为秦始皇三十五年至秦二世元年;第八层为秦王政二十五年到秦二世元年,这在一定程度上否定了此前有学者据《里耶发掘报告》就古井地层的年代分布问题所提出的质疑。The excavation report Liye Bamboo Slips of the Qin Dynasty(Ι)published a large number of bamboo slips from the fifth,sixth,eighth layers unearthed in the Liye No.1 wells that contain records about the absolute chronology of the shuori dates.In comparison with the dates of the Qin Dynasty calendar,the author suggests that the fifth layer dates to from the Warring States to the first year of Qin Ershi;the sixth layer dates from the Qin Shihuang thirty-five years to the first year of Qin Ershi;the eighth layer dates from the King Zheng of Qin twenty-five years to the the first year of Qin Ershi.This results contradicts with some recent challenges regarding to the dates of the stratigraphy inside the ancient well proposed in the site report.
