摘  要:基于环形预应力作用机理,将PCCP承受的负压等效为环向作用力,计算分析了PCCP承受负压的能力,并通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立实际埋置条件下的模型,选择合适的材料本构进行数值模拟,计算结果与理论计算结果一致。结果均表明:在钢筒内管芯混凝土处施加一个大气压的负压对管芯混凝土以及插口钢圈内较薄混凝土管芯的受压应力影响不大,设计时可不考虑负压对PCCP承载能力的影响。Based on the mechanism of circumferential prestress action,the negative pressure of PCCP is equivalent to circumferential force.The capacity of bearing negative pressure is calculated and analyzed.The model under actual embedded conditions is built with proper material constitutive relationship by finite element program ABAQUS.The calculated results are in agreement with the theoretical calculation results.Both tests show that the compressive stress of tube core concrete changes little by applying negative pressure of one bar in tube core concrete within the steel cylinder,as well as the thinner core concrete within the socket steel ring.The impact of negative pressure can be neglected when designing PCCP.
