摘  要:通过测试混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度、抗压弹性模量、抗渗、抗碳化、抗冻性能,研究了偏高岭土和聚丙烯纤维单掺、复掺时对混凝土性能的影响。同时分析了偏高岭土和聚丙烯纤维对混凝土性能的作用机理。研究结果表明:当偏高岭土掺量为胶凝材料的12%、聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9 kg/m^3时,相比普通混凝土,混凝土28 d抗压强度提高了3.2%、劈拉强度提高了21.4%、弹性模量降低了2.2%、渗透系数降低了69.1%、碳化深度降低了24.4%,200次冻融循环后,相对动弹性模量提高了7.6%、混凝土质量损失降低了18.8%。This text studied the influence of metakaolin and polypropylene fiber,both when single use and mixed use,played on concrete properties by testing the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,compressive modulus of elasticity,impermeability,carbonation resistance and frost resistance of concrete.The mechanism of metakaolin and polypropylene fiber performed for concrete was analyzed also.The research data indicates that when the metakaolin content takes up 12%of the cementitious materials,the polypropylene fiber content is 0.9 kg/m3,compared with ordinary concrete,concrete compressive strength of 28 d increased by 3.2%,tensile strength increased by 21.4%,the elastic modulus decreased by 2.2%,the permeability coefficient reduced by 69.1%,the carbonation depth decreased by 24.4%,after 200 freeze-thaw cycles,relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete increased by 7.6%,quality of the loss was reduced by 18.8%.
