摘  要:结合空腔密肋楼板和叠合式楼板特点,开发出一种新型的装配式双向密肋空腔叠合楼板,并对其进行了足尺静力试验和有限元分析。研究结果表明,这种新型的装配式双向密肋空腔叠合楼板荷载与变形基本呈线性变化,且残余变形不大,具有很好的弹性性能。此外,不同载荷等级作用下试验板两个方向的挠度曲线基本吻合,各对称点处变形大小相当、曲线一致,且裂缝开展形式同普通双向板相似,表明该密肋空腔叠合楼板整体工作性能良好,双向受力性能明显,可按双向板计算。试验板的有限元分析与试验结果吻合较好,进一步证实该板的整体工作性能强,可为该楼板的设计与应用提供参考。Combining the merits of the concrete hollow-ribbed slab and the laminated slab,a new assembled two-way hollow-ribbed slab is developed.A full-scale static test study and the finite element analysis on this slab are conducted.The research shows that the relations between the load and the deformation of the new assembled two-way hollow-ribbed floor under different loads are nearly linear,and the residual deformation is small,indicating that it has good elasticity.In addition,the deflection curves of the two directions of the test floor are basically consistent under different loads,the deformation of each symmetrical points are very close and the deformation curves are almost unanimous.Furthermore,the trend of crack development of the test floor is similar to the ordinary two-way plate.All these show that the test floor has good integrity and two-way working performance,and can be calculated according to the two-way plate.The finite element analysis of the test plate is in good agreement with the test results.It can further prove that the integrity performance of the floor is good,and can also provide reference for the design and application of this slab.
