摘  要:采用羟乙基纤维素作为碳源,添加一定的氮源掺杂剂,在水热条件下制备,经过旋转蒸发、透析等方法纯化后得到纤维素基氮掺杂荧光碳量子点(N-CQDs)。利用傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射仪、紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱对N-CQDs进行表征,研究了不同浓度掺杂助剂对N-CQDs的结构和光致发光性质的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为220℃,反应时间为10h,羟乙基纤维素、氨水的质量比为1∶15的条件下制备的N-CQDs的荧光量子效率最高,可达39.5%。在此条件下制备的N-CQDs表面含有丰富的羟基和羧基官能团,水溶性良好,N-CQDs具备类似石墨碳晶格(002)晶格结构,在272nm处有较大的紫外吸收峰,在328和418nm处存在激发和发射波长且荧光性能优异。Cellulose-based N-doped fluorescent carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and followed by rotary evaporation and dialysis methods using hydroxyethyl cellulose as carbon source,and adding nitrogen dopant.The N-CQDs products were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.The effect of dopant with different concentrations on the chemical structures and photoluminescence properties of N-CQDs were explored.The results indicated that the as-prepared N-CQDs present strong visible fluorescence with quantum yield up to 39.5%.The optimum conditions were as the followings:reaction temperature of 220℃,the mass ratio of hydroxyethyl cellulose and ammonia solution of 1∶15 for 10 h.Under the condition,the as-prepared N-CQDs surface are rich in hydroxyl and carboxyl functional groups and N-CQDs showed good water solubility;the graphite structure(002)existed in the carbon core of N-CQDs with larger absorption peak at 272 nm;the excitation and emission wavelength were at 328 and 418 nm with excellent optical performance.
