摘 要:通过固相熔融法制备了黝铜矿合金材料。采用XRD、FTIR、DSC等技术手段研究不同过渡元素对黝铜矿合金材料物相组成和热稳定性的影响。结果表明:母体Cu_(12)Sb_4S_(13)样品含有两相杂质Cu_(1.5)Sb_(0.5)S_2和Cu_3SbS_4;过渡元素引入后在不同程度上抑制了溶出形成2个黝铜矿相,合金材料的杂质含量大大减少,仅含少量的Cu_(1.5)Sb_(0.5)S_2,过渡元素的引入有利于单相黝铜矿合金材料的合成;在加热过程中,母体Cu_(12)Sb_4S_(13)样品变化复杂,会发生分解、S单质挥发,最终变成单相的Cu_3SbS_3;不同过渡元素的掺杂可以减少或避免黝铜矿合金材料在高温下的分解,提高材料的热稳定性。The tetrahedrite alloy of Cu 12-x A x Sb 4 S 13(A=Fe,Co,Ni,Mn;0≤x≤1.0)is prepared by the solid phase melting.The effect of the different transition elements on the phase composition and thermal stability of the tetrahedrite alloy is studied by means of technologies such as XRD,FTIR,DSC,etc.The results show that the parent Cu 12 Sb 4 S 13 sample contains 2 phase impurities of Cu 1.5 Sb 0.5 S 2 and Cu 3 SbS 4.After the introduction of the transition elements,the content of the alloy material is reduced greatly,and only a small amount of Cu 1.5 Sb 0.5 S 2 is contained in the alloy.The introduction of transition elements is beneficial to the synthesis of monophasic copper alloy.During the heating process,the changes of the parent Cu 12 Sb 4 S 13 sample are very complicated.The decomposition and S volatilization take place,and it eventually becomes a single phase Cu 3 SbS 3.The doping of different transition elements can reduce or avoid the decomposition of tetrahedrite alloy at high temperature and improve the thermal stability of the material.
