摘 要:总结出一套适于不同专业的生物化学实验课教学模式。一是根据学生专业特点安排学时和实验内容;二是合理安排实验顺序、改革教学方法,使学生快速掌握生化实验的基本操作和技术设计思想;三是将具有代表性的实验做成微课视频和虚拟实验充实教学资源,并根据专业的不同有针对性地制作不同课件;四是针对生物学专业的学生,在适当时机将一些验证性的实验内容改为探究性实验;五是鼓励教师不断探索合适的教学方法和教学模式。A teaching mode of the Biochemistry experimental course for different majors is summarized.First,the class hours and experimental content are arranged according to the students’professional characteristics.Second,the rational arrangement of the experiments is carried out,and teaching methods are reformed so as to enable students to master basic operation and technological design idea of biochemical experiments quickly.Third,the representative experiment is made into the micro-class video and virtual experiment to enrich teaching resources,and the different coursewares are produced according to different majors.Fourth,some confirmatory experiments are changed into exploratory experiments at the right time for the students majoring in biology.Fifth,teachers are encouraged to continuously explore appropriate teaching methods and teaching modes.
