摘 要:针对辅机吊架使用过程中出现的工作失效问题进行原因分析,从工程实际情况出发提出3种整改方案。采用AHP的基本原理,建立整改方案层次结构模型。在建立层次结构模型的基础上,利用1~9标度法对提出的3种方案主要因素进行比较并构建层次判断矩阵。通过计算对层次判断矩阵进行单排序和总排序,并检验计算结果的一致性,进而计算各层对总目标层的权重值及优劣排序,以此找出综合最优方案,提高了整改方案选择的全面性和科学性,为后续的详细设计和验证试验的开展提供参考依据。For the purpose of analyzing the cause of losing efficacy when the auxiliary machine hanger is working,this paper proposed three improvement schemes catering to the engineering situations.Hierarchical tructure model of improvement schemes was established by using the principle of analytic hierarchy process.The main factors of three improvement schemes were compared with the 1~9 scale method with the level judgment matrix established.The level judgment matrix was sorted totally and singly through calculations with the consistency of calculated results verified.Furthermore,the best scheme was determined by calculating the weight value,which can improve comprehensive and scientific performance of selection on improvement schemes and will provide references for the follow-up designs and tests.
