摘  要:医院在人们的生活中扮演着重要的角色,是人们疾病治疗和健康保障的主要场所,随着人们医疗意识的逐渐增加,促进了医院发展的同时,也对医院的管理造成了一定的压力,因此,这就需要医院重视其管理工作。绩效管理是医院管理的重要部分,在新医改下,其也存在一定的问题,该文就针对新医改背景下医院绩效管理中存在的问题进行总结,进而对其绩效管理的创新模式进行分析,希望为医院的发展提供一定的帮助。The hospital plays an important role in people’s lives,which is a major place of disease treatment and health guarantee,and the gradual increase of people’s medical awareness promotes the hospital development and imposes a certain pressure to the hospital management,therefore,the hospital should attach importance to the management work,and the performance management is the important part of the hospital management,and there are a certain issues in the new medical reform.The paper summarizes the existing issues in the hospital performance management under the background of new medical reform thus analyzing the innovation model of its performance management hoping to provide a certain help to the development of the hospital.
