摘　　要：目的研究利拉鲁肽注射液联合胰岛素治疗老年肥胖糖尿病的短期疗效及安全性。方法选择该院2016年9月—2017年9月收治的老年肥胖糖尿病患者82例,按照入院顺序分为对照组与研究组各41例。对照组采用胰岛素联合二甲双胍,研究组采用利拉鲁肽注射液联合胰岛素。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖与不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者各项血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组各项指标均高于对照组,研究组7.32%不良反应发生率低于对照组24.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对老年肥胖糖尿病患者实施利拉鲁肽注射液联合胰岛素,患者血糖得到明显改善,安全性较高,值得临床进一步研究。Objective To research the short-term curative effect and safety of liraglutide injection combined with insulin in treatment of senile obesity combined with diabetes.Methods 82 cases of senile obesity patients combined with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected,the control group were treated with insulin combined with melbine,while the research group were treated with liraglutide injection combined with insulin,and the blood glucose and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the differences in various blood glucose levels between the two groups were not obvious(P>0.05),after treatment,various indexes in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group(7.32%vs 24.39%),and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The liraglutide injection combined with insulin in treatment of senile obesity combined diabetes can obviously improve the blood glucose with higher safety,and it is worth further research in clinic.
