糖尿病并脑出血患者采取胰岛素泵强化治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探析对糖尿病并脑出血患者采取胰岛素泵强化治疗的效果。方法选取该院近3年收治的86例糖尿病并脑出血患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。其中给予对照组患者常规治疗方式,观察组患者则应用胰岛素泵强化治疗方式。对比两组患者经治疗后的血糖水平、预后改善以及神经功能缺损情况。结果治疗后,观察组的神经功能缺损评分及血糖水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组致残率及病死率显著低于对照组,恢复效率显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病并脑出血患者应用胰岛素泵强化治疗可显著改善患者的预后,促进其神经功能恢复,并稳定血糖水平,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of curative effect of intensive treatment of insulin pump of patients with diabetes combined with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 86 cases of patients with diabetes combined with cerebral hemorrhage admitted and treated in our hospital in recent three years were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each,the control group used the routine therapy method,while the observation group used the insulin pump intensive therapy,and the blood glucose level,prognosis improvement and nerve function defect situation were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the nerve function defect score and improvement of blood glucose level in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the disability rate and morbidity in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the recovery rate was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin pump intensive therapy in patients with diabetes combined with cerebral hemorrhage can promote the recovery of nerve function and stabilize the blood glucose level,and it is worth promotion and application.
