护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探究并分析对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取护理干预对患者血糖控制以及妊娠结果所产生的影响。方法随机选取2016年1月—2018年1月期间该院收治的96例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,且对患者的临床资料采取回顾与分析。运用平均分配法将实施常规化护理的48例患者作为常规组,将实施整体护理干预的48例患者作为实验组,对比两组患者控制血糖的情况以及最终妊娠结果。结果实验组患者的血糖一直被控制在正常范围内,其控制情况明显优于常规组患者(P<0.05)。实验组患者出现新生儿窒息、羊水过多、巨大儿、妊高症以及刨宫产的情况均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取护理干预,不仅能够将患者的血糖值控制在正常范围内,同时能够有效降低患者发生不良妊娠结果的几率,具有十分显著的临床效果,值得被普遍的应用与推广。Objective To study and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the blood glucose control and gestational outcome of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 96 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected,and the clinical data were reviewed,and the patients were divided into two groups with 48 cases in each,the routine group used the routine nursing,while the experimental group used the holistic nursing intervention,and the blood glucose control situation and final gestational outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose in the experimental group was controlled in the normal range always,and the control situation was obviously better than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the incidence rates of neonatal asphyxia,hyperamniotic fluid,macrosomia,pregnancy induced hypertension,and gestation in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes can not only control the blood glucose in the normal range,and it can also reduce the occurrence probability of adverse gestational outcomes of patients effectively,and it is of very obvious clinical effect,and it is worth promotion and application.
