风湿液联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝骨关节炎临床效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨风湿液联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年8月—2017年8月该院收治的老年膝骨关节炎患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组应用玻璃酸钠治疗治疗,研究组应用风湿液联合玻璃酸钠治疗,比较两组的治疗效果,VAS评分及Lequesne指数。结果研究组的有效率96.7%,对照组的有效率83.3%,研究组治疗效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.365,P<0.05),治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、Lequesne指数较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年膝骨关节炎的治疗过程当中,风湿液联合玻璃酸钠的治疗效果理想,能够提高治疗效果,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of rheumatism combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,and the study group was treated with rheumatic fluid combined with sodium hyaluronate,Treatment effect,VAS score and Lequesne index were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate was 96.7%in the study group and 83.3%in the control group.The treatment effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(χ^2=6.365,P<0.05).After treatment in the study group,the VAS score and Lequesne index in the two groups were comparable.Both improved before treatment(P<0.05)and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis,rheumatic fluid combined with sodium hyaluronate has a satisfactory therapeutic effect,which can improve the therapeutic effect and should be further promoted in clinical practice.
