血浆置换联合双重血浆胆红素吸附血液净化人工肝技术治疗急性肝功能衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对血浆置换联合双重血浆胆红素吸附血液净化人工肝技术进行急性肝功能衰竭治疗的作用效果进行研究。方法方便选取该院自2015年1月—2017年1月收治的40例急性肝功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两个组别,其中,观察组患者采用血浆置换联合双重血浆胆红素吸附血液净化人工肝技术治疗,对照组患者采用血浆置换术治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后患者病症明显改善,病症好转率为90.0%,对照组为55.0%,且两组患者治疗前后肝功能指标变化差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.274,P<0.05);此外,观察组患者治疗后肝功能指标AST、ALT、DB等改善效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.187、8.796、12.941,P<0.05)。结论血浆置换联合双重血浆胆红素吸附血液净化人工肝技术在急性肝功能衰竭治疗应用中具有较好的作用效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of plasma exchange combined with double blood plasma bilirubin adsorption on blood purification artificial liver technique for the treatment of acute hepatic failure.Methods 40 patients with acute liver failure who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.Among them,patients in the observation group were treated with plasma exchange.Double blood plasma bilirubin adsorption blood purification artificial liver technology treatment,patients in the control group were treated with plasma exchange surgery,observed and compared the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,the symptoms of the patients in the observation group improved significantly,the improvement rate of the symptoms was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 55.0%.There was a significant difference in the changes of liver function before and after treatment in the two groups(χ2=6.274,P<0.05).The improvement effects of AST,ALT,DB,etc.were significantly better in the patients after treatment than in the control group,the difference was statistical significance(t=14.187,8.796,12.941,P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma exchange combined with dual blood plasma bilirubin adsorption blood purification artificial liver technology in the treatment of acute liver failure has a good effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
