摘　　要：对指挥风格的概念、意义以及分类进行了介绍。着重介绍了Agent个性的概念和组成方法,其中,Agent个性主要包括内部意愿和自身行为准则。描述了内部意愿和自身行为准则的建模过程。在此基础上对如何使用Agent个性对指挥风格模拟进行了说明。最后进行了不同典型条件下红蓝对抗的个性优化仿真实验,实验使用了遗传算法对个性参数进行了优化。通过实验分析展示了如何进行指挥风格建模研究的过程,并揭示了该研究的现实意义和作用。The concept,significance and classification of command style are introduced firstly in the paper.Then the concept and composition of the agent's personality are introduced emphatically,thereinto,the agent's personality is made up of inside desire and self-action rule.Then modeling of inside desire and self-action rule is described.On this basis,the paper explains how the agent's personality is used to simulate the command style.In the end,make emulational experiments for personality optimizing of red-blue antagonizing under different typical conditions.The experiments optimize the personality parameters by genetic algorithm.The experiment's analysis demonstrates the process of how to make command style modeling research,and indicates the practical significance and effect.
