摘  要:弹丸发射零时的检测对正确判定发射装置是否达到战术技术要求、起飞是否正常有重要意义。针对目前零时检测数值解法耗时长、累积误差大等问题,以制导火箭弹为研究对象,提出了基于施密特触发器原理的控制算法。对数值模拟得到的弹载加速度信号运用动态限幅算法查找并修正野值点;采用线性滑动窗口构造滤波器进行降噪处理;之后对0状态线进行基线估计;利用施密特触发器原理得到高精度的发射零时。仿真结果表明该方法能够有效剔除测试过程中粗大噪声、过程干扰及环境噪声的影响,快速、准确地判断弹丸发射零时,为武器系统的改进和完善提供一定的参考依据。Projectile launch zero-hour detection is important to correctly determine whether the launch device has reached the tactical technical requirements and whether it is normal for the takeoff of the rocket.In view of the shortcomings of the current numerical solution,such as long time-consuming and large cumulative error.the paper takes the guided rocket as the research object and proposes a control algorithm based on the Schmitt trigger principle to deal with the problem.We first use the dynamic clipping algorithm to find and correct the outliers in the numerical simulation.Then use a linear sliding window to construct a filter for noise reduction.The baseline is then evaluated for the 0 status line.Finally,the use of Schmitt trigger principle to get high-precision launch zero.The simulation results intuitively show that when the launch of the guided rockets is zero.It shows that this method can effectively eliminate the influence of coarse noise,process noise and environmental noise during the test,quickly and accurately determine the projectile launch zero.It provide some reference data for the improvement and perfection of the weapon system.
