摘 要:针对三级式同步电机起动过程中主发电机与励磁机电磁耦合严重,在现有起动控制策略下存在转矩冲击、动态起动困难的问题,通过分析转速环和电流环的调节特点,结合航空发动机负载大惯量特性,提出一种通过电流/转速分时段独立闭环调节主发电机电压矢量幅值的起动控制方法。在此基础之上,采用一种改进型的二阶线性自抗扰控制器对电流环进行优化改进。实验结果表明,所提出的控制方法可以有效提高电机在电动状态下的运行稳定性,减小了起动过程中的转矩冲击,具有较快的响应速度,适用于电机的动态起动。Because of serious electromechanical coupling between the exciter and main machine,the three-stage motor faces the problems of torque shock and dynamic start difficulties under the previous control strategy in the starting mode.A control strategy is proposed in this paper to solve the above issues.The main generator voltage vector amplitude was adjusted through sub-time closed-loop of current/speed,and the large inertia property of the aero-engine load was considered in this method.In this paper,regulation properties of the speed loop were current loop are analyzed,and an improved second-order linear active disturbance rejection controller was adopted to optimize the current loop.The torque shock in the start-up process was reduced.Experiment results verify the response and steady state performance of the proposed method.
