摘 要:[目的]研究铵、硝营养对水稻幼苗叶片气孔导度和水势的影响。[方法]采用营养液培养的方式,研究不同铵硝配比(NH4+-N∶NO3--N分别为0∶100、50∶50和100∶0)对3种水分条件(正常水分、局部根部水分胁迫和全根水分胁迫)培养的水稻幼苗叶片气孔导度和水势的影响。[结果]正常水分条件下,铵硝比为0∶100时对水稻幼苗叶片气孔导度和水势的促进作用最明显;铵硝比为50∶50则对局部水分胁迫的水稻叶片气孔导度促进作用较明显;铵硝比为100∶0对提高全根水分胁迫的水稻幼苗叶片水势的影响最大。[结论]该研究为水稻水肥调控的研究奠定基础。To study influence of ammonium and nitrate nutrition on rice seedling leaf stomatal conductance and water potential.[Method]By using a nutrition experiment,the influence of different ratio ammonium and nitrate nutrition(NH 4+-N∶NO 3--N 100∶0,50∶50 and 0∶100 respectively)on stomatal conductance and water potential of rice seedling leaf were studied,in which rice seedling leaf was in the condition of three kinds of water(normal water,partial water stress,total water stress).[Result]Under the condition of normal water,influence of nitrate ammonium ratio of 100∶0 on stomatal conductance and water potential of rice seedling leaf was the most obvious;influence of 50∶50 ratio of nitrate ammonium on stomatal conductance of rice leaf was more evident;nitrate ammonium ratio of 0∶100 had a great influence on water potential of rice seedling leaf under the condition of total water stress.[Conclusion]The study lay a foundation for the research of water and fertilizer regulation of rice.
