摘 要:[目的]了解不同杀虫剂对桃树蚜虫的防治效果,筛选高毒农药的替代药剂。[方法]通过田间小区试验比较22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂、22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂、10%氟啶虫酰胺可湿性粉剂、48%噻虫啉悬浮剂、20%啶虫脒可溶性粉剂和25%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂6种药剂对桃树蚜虫的防治效果。[结果]6种药剂对桃树蚜虫的防治效果差异显著,其中22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂44 mg/L和10%氟啶虫酰胺可湿性粉剂40 mg/L对桃蚜的速效性和持效性均较显著,在施药后3~14 d防治效果均在96.4%以上,显著高于其他药剂。22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂60 mg/L防治桃蚜速效性较差,持效性显著,药后3 d的防治效果在55.5%以下,药后14、21 d的防治效果均在99.5%以上。[结论]在桃树安全生产中,建议轮换使用22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂、10%氟啶虫酰胺可湿性粉剂和22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂适时防治桃树蚜虫。[Objective]To study the control effect of different insecticides on Myzus persicae,and screen alternative insecticides for controlling Myzus persicae.[Method]6 insecticides were used for the investigation of the control effects against Myzus persicae in field.[Result]There were significant differences on the control effect among 6 tested insecticides.Among which,22%sulfoxaflor SC(44 mg/L)and 10%flonicamid SC(40 mg/L)had excellent and quick control effect,with the control efficacy of morethan 96.4%at 3-21 days after treatment(DAT).The controlling effect of 22.4%spirotetramat SC(60 mg/L)were less than 55.5%at 3 days after treatment,while it had good persistence with the control effect of more than 99.5%at 14-21 days after treatment.[Conclusion]The rational applications of 22%sulfoxaflor SC,10%flonicamid SC and 22.4%spirotetramat SC can be recommended for controlling peach aphid in peach production.
