万寿菊与厚孢轮枝菌联合对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果

摘　　要：[目的]明确万寿菊与厚孢轮枝菌联合对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果。[方法]在大田试验中设置3个处理(单独间作万寿菊、单独施用厚孢轮枝菌、间作万寿菊同时施用厚孢轮枝菌),对万寿菊与厚孢轮枝菌联合防治烟草根结线虫病的协同增效效应进行综合评价。[结果]烤烟间作万寿菊同时施用厚孢轮枝菌,能显著增加烤烟的株高和叶片宽度,烟草根结线虫病的防效高达68.1%,较单独间作万寿菊的防效提高了25.6%,较单独使用厚孢轮枝菌的防效提高了20.9%。[结论]万寿菊与厚孢轮枝菌联合防治烟草根结线虫具有显著的协同增效效应。[Objective]To identify the integrated effect of Tagetes erecta and Verticillium chlamydosporium against tobacco root-knot nematode disease.[Method]A three-treatments(single intercropping T.erecta,single using V.chlamydosporium,intercropping T.erecta at the same time using V.chlamydosporium)field experiment was set to make a comprehensive evaluation on integrated T.erecta and V.chlamydosporium against tobacco root-knot nematode disease.[Result]Intercropping T.erecta while using V.chlamydosporium could significantly increase the height and maximum width of tobacco,which gained a high control efficiency of 68.1%,the control efficacies increased by 25.6%and 20.9%in single intercropping T.erecta and single using V.chlamydosporium.[Conclusion]The synergism of T.erecta and V.chlamydosporium shows obviously increase effects on controlling tobacco root-knot nematode disease.
