摘　　要：安徽省现代农业产业技术体系,是新形势下汇聚优质农业科技资源、集聚精干农业科研力量、解决重大关键技术瓶颈的农业科技大联合、大协作的一种崭新平台,是一个多主体聚集、多资源聚合、多力量聚力的农业科技联合体,是推动实现农业强、农村美、农民富的重要支撑力量。建设好、维护好、发展好现代农业产业技术体系,契合创新驱动发展战略,吻合农业科技协同创新发展趋势,符合现代农业发展需求,耦合农业科研一般规律,迎合农业科技人员期盼。安徽省现代农业产业技术体系实行首席专家负责制,坚持"开放、流动、协作、竞争、共享"的运行模式,倡导"爱农、奉献、担当、务实、包容"的文化价值,践行"用心、用情、用智"的工作理念。The modern agricultural industrial technology system of Anhui Province is a brand-new alliance and cooperation platform,which owns high-quality agricultural science and technology resources,powerful agricultural scientific research teams the ability of solving key technology bottlenecks under the new situations.The system is also the association of agricultural science and technology with the aggregation of multi-organizations,multi-resources,multi-force.It is an important supporting force for realizing strong agriculture,rural beauty and peasant wealth.Construction,maintenance and development of the system complies to the innovation-driven development strategy,in line with the development trend of agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation,in accordance with the needs of modern agricultural development,coupled with the general rules of agricultural scientific research,meets with the expectations of agricultural science and technology personnel.The system employs the chief expert responsibility,adheres to the operation mode of“openness,mobility,cooperation,competition,and sharing”,advocates the cultural value of“loving agriculture,dedication,responsibility,pragmatism,and tolerance”and practices the work concept with“heart,emotion and wisdom”.
