摘　　要：在加快转变经济社会发展方式过程中,北京工会带领广大职工发挥主力军作用,在城市建设过程中,参与社会治理;在逐步完善现代市场经济体系过程中,促进发展成果共建共享。在首都深化改革过程中,北京工会进行了系列变革设计与卓有成效的实践探索,为我国特大城市转型升级过程中如何发挥工会作用,不断创新发展具有中国特色、时代特征的工会工作,提供借鉴参考。Since the 16th National Congress of trade unions and the deepening of Beijing's urban function orientation and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional coordinated development strategy,the trade union cause in Beijing has been carried out,and has entered a new stage of development.It is seen from the major role played by the Beijing trade unions in leading its workers in the process of speeding up the transformation of its process of urban construction,and the function of promoting the co-construction and sharing of its development achievement in the process of improving modern market economic system.Moreover,the trade unions in Beijing has been trying out a series of reform designs and fruitful practical explorations in the process of deepening the reform in the Capital,providing a reference on how to play the role of trade unions and innovate and develop the trade union work with Chinese characteristics and features of the times in the transforming and upgrading mega-cities in China.
