摘 要:手性聚合物在手性识别与传感、手性开关、不对称催化和生物医药领域有着重要作用。圆偏振光作为一种手性物理源,由于来源简单易取,操作方便,已经被用于诱导构建非手性聚合物的手性结构。在已报道的例子中,圆偏振光诱导主链和侧链聚合物的手性机理完全不同。本综述主要讨论了在膜和溶液聚集体状态下,非手性侧链型偶氮聚合物的光诱导超分子手性和主链共轭聚合物的光诱导轴手性,并讨论了圆偏振光的偏振状态和入射光波长对聚合物手性的影响,归纳总结了已取得的研究进展和作用机制,并对圆偏振光的应用发展前景进行了简要概述。Chiral substance plays a key role in living organisms and nature,such as L-amino acids and D-sugars.Much effort from the researchers and scientists has been devoted to developing chiral chemicals,especially chiral polymers,on account of its potential applications in chiral recognition and sensing,chiral switching,electro-optics,asymmetric catalysis and biological fields.Circularly polarized light(CPL),as a chiral physical source,has been widely reported to induce the chirality of achiral polymers through different induced mechanisms.In this review,The CPL-induced supramolecular chirality and conformational chirality of achiral polymers in the side-chain photochromic azobenzene polymers and main-chain non-photochromic conjugated polymers are mainly discussed.In case of side-chain azobenzenze polymer,CPL-induced chirality is via supramolecular assembly of azobenzene units with right/left handed direction.In case of main-chain azobenzenze polymer,CPL-induced chirality is from the axial chirality of the chromophores in the main-chain backbone.This approach is also effective for other main-chain non-photochromic conjugated polymers,such as fluorine-containing polymers,with similar mechanism.Interestingly,the polarization sense and wavelength significantly affect the product chirality of achiral polymers.The detailed mechanism will also be discussed.This strategy overcomes some disadvantages for preparing chiral polymers,such as relatively complex synthetic procedures and expensive chiral reagents.In the future,CPL,especially circularly polarized visible light and infrared light,will receive great attention from scientists in the fields of asymmetric organic synthesis,asymmetric photopolymerization and photoinduction by designing novel achiral photo-responsive monomers and polymers.We believe that the chiral polymer materials induced by CPL should have application in chiral resolution,chiral recognition,asymmetric catalyst,and chiroptical materials.
