摘 要:针对渤海油藏深部调剖实际需求,实验研究了Cr^(3+)聚合物弱凝胶(聚合物浓度为3 000 mg/L,交联剂浓度为2 000 mg/L)、强凝胶(聚合物浓度为4 000 mg/L,交联剂浓度为3 000 mg/L)和聚合物微球传输运移能力、封堵能力以及聚合物凝胶段塞尺寸和调剖剂不同组合方式的调剖效果。结果表明:聚合物强弱凝胶成胶时间接近,均为放置1.5 h后;聚合物凝胶初始黏度低,成胶后强度高,可避免进入中低渗透层,因此聚合物凝胶可以作为一级调剖段塞。聚合物微球封堵性能几乎不受剪切作用影响,当水化时间达到2 d时,微球粒径由8.45 μm水化膨胀至27.14 μm,在注入岩心过程中压力较低,运移距离较远,并且可在储层深部孔隙内缓膨,因此可选择聚合物微球作为二级调剖段塞。采取弱凝胶+强凝胶+聚合物微球的组合方式,采收率增幅最大(较水驱阶段可提高22.5个百分点),液流转向效果明显,推荐此组合方式进行海上油田深部调剖。Considering the actual demands of Bohai reservoir deep profile control,the conveyance/sealing capacity,polymer gel slug size and profile control effects of various profile control agents combination of Cr 3+weak polymer gel(C p=3 000 mg/L,C c=2 000 mg/L),strong polymer gel(C p=4 000 mg/L,C c=3 000 mg/L),and polymer microspheres were studied in this paper.The results show that the gelling time of strong polymer gel and weak polymer gel is very similar,which is 1.5 h after placement.Polymer gel had low initial viscosity and high gelling viscosity so that it could not be injected into middle and low permeability layer,and therefore the polymer gel can be used as the primary profile control slug.The sealing performance of polymer microspheres is almost unaffected by shearing.When the hydration time reaches 2 days,the particle size of microspheres would expand from 8.45 to 27.14μm.During core flooding,the injection pressure is low and the conveyance distance is long,and such microspheres can swell gradually in deep pores of reservoir.Therefore,the polymer microspheres can be selected as the secondary profile control slug.Using the combination of“weak gel+strong gel+polymer microspheres”can maximize recovery ratio increment(22.5%higher than that of water flooding),and achieve obvious liquid diverting effect.Hence,this combination is recommended for the deep profile control in offshore oilfields.
