摘  要:基于CEL的桩靴拔桩过程有限元数值模拟分析,总结了双层土中自升式钻井平台拔桩时桩靴极限阻力的影响因素,拟合出一套新的双层土条件下自升式钻井平台桩靴极限拔桩阻力预测公式,该公式将桩靴极限拔桩阻力分解为由桩靴上表面极限拔桩阻力、桩靴下表面极限吸附力和桩靴侧面最大摩擦力等3部分相加得到。其中,桩靴上表面极限拔桩阻力计算公式考虑了桩靴面积、土层抗剪强度和硬土层厚度等关键因素,桩靴下表面极限吸附力计算公式考虑了土体固结时间、渗透系数和桩靴入泥深度等关键因素。本文所提出的双层土中自升式钻井平台桩靴极限拔桩阻力预测公式计算结果与离心机模型试验结果之间的相对误差为8.7%,验证了本文预测公式的正确性。本文研究成果可为自升式钻井平台在双层土复杂地层中拔桩时最大阻力预测提供参考。The CEL-based finite element numerical simulation analysis has summarized the influencing factors of the ultimate spudcan uplift resistance of spudcan uplift in dual-layer soil for jack-up drilling rig and fitted a new ultimate resistance prediction formula for such operational conditions.This formula subdivides the ultimate uplift resistance of spudcan into the following three parts,i.e.,the ultimate uplift resistance on the upper surface of spudcan,the ultimate adsorption force on the lower surface of spudcan and the maximum friction on the sides of spudcan.Among them,the calculation formula for the ultimate uplift resistance on the upper surface of spudcan considers the key factors such as the spudcan area,soil layer shear strength and the hard soil layer thickness.The calculation formula for the ultimate adsorption force of the lower surface of spudcan considers the key factors like soil consolidation time,permeability coefficient and the penetrating depth of the pile.In this paper,the relative error between the ultimate uplift resistance calculation results obtained by our prediction formula and that of the centrifuge model is only 8.7%,which validates the correctness of our prediction formula.The research results in this paper can provide reference for the maximum spudcan uplift resistance prediction of jack-up drilling rig in complex formation.
