摘　　要：近年来,能力开放市场潜力大,客户需求旺盛,通信能力开放与集成已成为运营商未来增长的热点和5G网络发展的重点。5G阶段是网络使能到业务使能的转变,对于网络能力的调用程度更广更深,但是从标准来看,能力开放相关标准及研究目前仍处于探索阶段,3GPP R15(5G Phase1)刚冻结,而R16(5G Phase2)刚启动研究,预计最早于2019年第4季度完成,但标准不能完全解决运营商实际部署问题,因此,需要在标准和研究实施层面提前展开相关工作,为电信运营商后续网络能力开放的发展及部署提出策略建议。In recent years,the market of network capability exposure has great potential,the customer demand is strong,and the communication capability exposure and integration will become the hotspot of the future growth of operators and the focus of the future 5G network development.The 5G phase is the transformation from network enablement to business enablement,with more extensive and deeper calls to network capabilities.But in terms of 3GPP standards,the research is still in the exploratory stage,3GPP R15 was just frozen in June 2018,and R16 Phase2 has just been started,which is expected to be frozen as early as Dec 2019,but the standard can not completely solve the actual deployment of operators.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out relevant research work at the standard level in advance,and puts forward development suggestions for the development and deployment of 5G follow-up network capability exposure of telecom operators.
