摘　　要：描述了以语音能力为代表的运营商通信能力开放背景,提出了运营商语音能力开放的定义及内涵,描述了语音能力开放平台架构和语音业务能力分类,对其中的IMS通话、码号变换等典型业务能力进行定义,并对其实现方式进行阐述。同时对运营商语音能力开放的潜在应用场景进行分析和描述,最后对未来运营商语音能力开放进展和趋势进行了总结和展望。It describes the background of operator communication capability exposure represented by voice capability,and proposes definition and content of operator voice capability exposure.Then it designs the architecture of operator voice capability exposure and the type of service capabilities,and describes the definition and solution of some typical capabilities,including IMS call and number transformation.Based on this,it analyses potential application scenarios of voice capability exposure.Finally,it summarizes the progress of operator voice capability exposure and shows the expectation of future development.
