摘　　要：目的研究胆南星Arisaema cum bile的化学成分。方法胆南星氯仿提取物采用硅胶、ODS、MCI进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为胆固醇(1)、6-氧代-甘氨猪去氧胆酸甲酯(2)、鹅去氧胆酸甲酯(3)、猪去氧胆酸甲酯(4)、鹅去氧胆酸(5)、猪去氧胆酸(6)、甘氨猪去氧胆酸甲酯(7)、胆酸(8)、甘氨猪去氧胆酸、(9)牛磺鹅去氧胆酸(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从胆南星中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Arisaema cum Bile.METHODS The chloroform extract from Arisaema cum Bile was isolated and purified by silica column,ODS and MCI,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as cholesterol(1),6-oxo-glycyl-hyodeoxycholic acid methyl ester(2),chenodeoxycholic acid methyl ester(3),hyodeoxycholic acid methyl ester(4),chenodeoxycholic acid(5),hyodeoxycholic acid(6),glycohyodeoxycholic acid methyl ester(7),cholic acid(8),glycohyodeoxycholic acid(9),taurocholic chenodeoxycholic acid(10).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from Arisaema cum Bile for the first time.
